Biography

Since 1980 Ross Day has worked at The Robert Goldwater Library of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, most recently as the head librarian.

Among his off-hours pursuits he collects automobile license plates and hopes eventually to finish the definitive history of New York State license plates.
